L'installation et la mise en place fut très rapide. Cependant, il faut savoir qu'avec cette compagnie, l'uptime est d'environ 70%.
De plus, ce ne doit être q'une personne qui supporte cette compagnie (Jim) car je n'ai jamais pu avoir quelqu'un d'autre. La seule chose qu'il sait dire est d'envoyer un ticket, mais le pire c'est qu'ils sont plutot incompétent dans la résolution des problèmes. A part redémarrer les services, ils ne savent pas faire grand chose.
En outre, ne prenez pas votre nom de domaine avec eux. Ils en gardent la propriété si vous partez de chez eux !
Vraiment la pire compagnie. A EVITER ! A bon entendeur salut

About a year ago I moved not one but TWO sites to accuBURST/PolariStar LLC. The sites were up and down during that time, but as of the end of September the sites have been down except for one or two days a week. If it's not the web server which is down, it's the databases. If it's not the databases or webservers, it's their routers or DNS servers. Right now one domain (childfreedonia.com) is still down in its entirety and has been for about 1 whole month. The other site went down Sunday night/early Monday morning (November 6th, 2006) and now only has the HTML portion working. My database seems to have completely disappeared, which means the discussion forum and dynamic content portion of my site is 100% useless. Regardless of the particulars, the fact is that the 99.9% uptime "guarantee" is a joke!
I've called them repeatedly but get dumped into voice mail after 1 ring. I've emailed them and received only robot replies saying "your support request was received." I get robot responses that say "your site is now working", but when I look at it nothing has changed. As of yesterday, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Connecticut, but they've had as much luck as I have in locating someone there. (If you haven't looked, accuBURST/PolariStar LLC has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB.)
Finally, in an act of desperation, I checked with the Connecticut Secretary of State to find out the attorney of record for accuBurst/PolariStar LLC. (In addition to being a web developer, I'm also a certified corporate paralegal.) I have called him directly and filed a complaint. If I don't receive a satisfactory resolution soon, I will be filing a lawsuit against them under CHAPTER 735a* of Connecticut Law -UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES. This statute allows for class action lawsuits as well. If anyone else here being defrauded by accuBurst wishes to participate in a class action suit, please contact me.

They have screwed with the wrong b*tch. I have also called my credit card company and placed a fraud alert against them so that they can no longer bill my card for services which aren't being provided. I suggest everyone else here do the same.

Criminal behavior. Signed up, neve got hosted, but got charged. Will not answer phones, will not return emails. Be aware, and take my word stay away. There is more bad posted on this company on the internet then there is good.

before you choose your host consider accuburst. i give them my full endorsement from everything ive seen so far. theyll give you very nice features at very nice prices.

Accuburst has been a HORRIBLE HOST. Steer clear for your own good. I feel like they've taken my $ and ran.
1) No Service for the past month
2) No Support
3) No 99.9% uptime guarantee refund
They falsely advertise, treat you sort-of well until the 30 days refund guarantee runs out and they screw you over!
I've filed a complaint against them with the better business bureau of CT and I advise anyone else who is having troubles to do the same. Don't let them get away with taking your $/time away without some kind of consequences!
