| JustHost have hosted our company website for the past two years and we are very impressed with the reliable service. We get an excellent response to all of our queries in a very respectable time-frame. You can't ask for much more; especially for the price! I signed up and paid for two years up front. I got my password and loging. For over a month I could not sign in. I opened ticket after ticket with no answer. After four weeks Billing said they would look in to it. Another week passed and no response. I finally terminated their service. They pride themselves in taking care of problems within two minutes, ha!
They can keep their hosting site, I am now with homestead and very happy with their service and web builder. |

Like removing money from my bank account AFTER providing information to end the hosting service.
On the 6 September, 2011, my bank account showed that Justhost had removed over £70 from my bank account AFTER Cancellation of service.

I may not be a mathematics professor, but even I know it is the 14th September today and the 6th September is just over a week ago... To state such is over 60 days seems ludricous, but I shall be trawling through my bank statements to see if there have been any other unauthorised withdrawals by Justhost.
I may not be an English Professor, but the 'Please refrain from updating this ticket as this will push the ticket to the bottom of the queue' seems to be a contradiction with 'If you would like further assistance with this please let me know'.
My own opinion is the 'please refrain...' is an attempt at intimidation by a corporation - in my English it says 'if you contact us we'll delay resolving this matter'!
Once again, it is how the little things are resolved that makes a company great - I will leave you to decide whether Justhost is great or not...
